- OIC Polyclinic: Graduate with minimum 05 years work experience in health‑care institutions or managerial positions.
- Med Specialist: MD/MS in the concerned speciality or DNB with minimum 03 years post‑graduation experience.
- Med Offr: MBBS with minimum 03 years work experience after internship.
- IT Net WkTech: Diploma/Equivalent in IT Networking/Computer Application and minimum 02 years work experience.
- Lab Tech: B.Sc (Medical Lab Technology) **or** 10+2 (Science) + Diploma in Medical Lab Technology, with minimum 03 years experience as Lab Assistant.
- Dental Hygienist Dental Assistant: Diploma holder in Dental Hygienist/Class‑1DH/DORA (Armed Forces) with minimum 05 years work experience in a dental laboratory.
- Nursing Assistant: GNM Diploma/C‑II Nursing Assistants Course (Armed Forces) with minimum 05 years work experience.
- Pharmacist: B.Pharmacy & Diploma in Pharmacy, computer knowledge, science background; minimum 03 years work experience.
