Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

• Post Graduate Degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in Physics/Electronics with First Division **and** valid NET qualification, or
• Graduate Degree (B.E./B.Tech in Engineering Physics/Electronics) with First Division **and** NET/GATE qualification, or
• Post Graduate Degree (M.E./M.Tech) with First Division at both Graduate and Post‑Graduate level.

Upper Age Limit: 28 years

Research Associate (RA)

• Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Physics/Electronics, or
• M.E./M.Tech with at least 3 years of research experience in semiconductor materials, device fabrication & characterization, **and** at least one research paper published in an SCI‑indexed journal.
