Qualification

Post Minimum Educational Qualification
Driver Matriculation + Heavy Transport Vehicle Driving License
Motor Mechanic Vehicle Matriculation + 2 years ITI in Mechanic Motor Vehicle + 1 year experience
Pioneer Wing (Mason/Electrician) Matriculation + 1 year experience in trade (ITI preferred)
All Other Tradesmen Matriculation + Proficiency in the respective trade

Salary Details

Selected candidates will be placed in Pay Level-3 with a salary scale of ₹21,700 – ₹69,100.

Selection Process

The recruitment process consists of the following stages:

  • Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Qualifying race based on post (e.g., 5 Kms in 24 mins for various technical trades; 1.6 Kms in 10 mins for Cook/Water Carrier males).
  • Physical Standards Test (PST): Measurement of height, chest (males), and weight.
  • Computer Based Test (CBT): 100 MCQs (25 marks each for Reasoning, GK, Maths, and English/Hindi). Negative marking of 0.25 per wrong answer.
  • Trade/Skill Test: Practical assessment (Qualifying nature; 50 marks).
  • Document Verification (DV): Verification of original certificates.
  • Medical Examination (DME/RME): Final fitness check as per MHA guidelines.
