Selection Process
The selection process varies slightly depending on the post code but generally includes the following stages:
For Post Codes 5/26 to 10/26
- Stage I: Written Examination (Objective Type, 200 marks, 2 hours). Subjects include General Awareness, General Intelligence & Reasoning, Arithmetical & Numerical Ability, and English Language & Comprehension. Minimum 33% aggregate marks required.
- Stage II: Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), and Trade Test (where applicable). Candidates shortlisted in 1:3 ratio based on written exam cut-off.
