Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 38 years as on 01 July 2026.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th/SSC pass (Marathi language 100‑mark paper) for all posts.
- Language: Ability to read, write and speak Marathi is mandatory.
- Trade/Skill Test: Required for several posts (e.g., Sweeper, Ward Attendant, Ambulance Attendant, Tailor, etc.).
- Specific Trade Requirements:
- Electrician, Wireman, Lift Operator and related combined posts – must hold a Maharashtra Public Works Department wireman licence or an ITI/NCTVT certificate in the relevant trade.
- Tailor – must possess a recognized 1‑year tailoring training certificate or a 20‑week Advanced Tailoring Course certificate.

Contractual employees will not receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) or other similar benefits.
Application Fee
The non‑refundable application fee is Rs. 1,028 (inclusive of GST). Payment must be made at the Cashier Department (Room No. 65), 1st Floor, D Wing, Dr. Rustom Narsee Cooper Hospital between 22 July 2026 and 30 July 2026, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). A photocopy of the fee receipt must be attached to the application form.

Selection Process
- Preparation of a merit list based on the prescribed educational qualification.
- Interview marks are added to the merit list.
- A final selection list is prepared from the merit list.
- Interview schedule will be posted on the hospital notice board and communicated via phone.
- Candidates must report at least half an hour before the scheduled interview time.
