Eligibility Criteria
Service Eligibility
- Option A: Persons holding an analogous post on a regular basis.
- Option B: Candidates in Level‑6 of the Pay Matrix with 3 years of regular service.
Educational Qualification
- Option A: MBA (Personnel/Finance) – two‑year programme from a recognized university/AICTE‑approved institution.
- Option B: Post‑Graduate Degree or Post‑Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management / Human Resource Management / Finance – two‑year programme from a recognized university/AICTE‑approved institution.
Age Limit
Maximum age of 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications. Age relaxations as per government rules apply.
Other Conditions
