Eligibility Criteria

Sr. Manager (IT)

  • Age: Up to 45 years (as on 15‑06‑2026)
  • Education: Full‑time regular B.E./B.Tech (Computers/IT) or MCA from AICTE/UGC/MHRD approved institute
  • Experience: Minimum 05 years post‑qualification experience in IT and related streams
  • Desirable: Experience in IT operations, supervising technology teams, large IT projects, security, networks, databases, telecom systems

Executive (Corporate Communication)

  • Age: Up to 35 years
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (min 60 %) + two‑year Master’s degree or two‑year Diploma (min 65 %) in Mass Communication / Journalism / Advertising & PR
  • Experience: Minimum 05 years in corporate imaging, in‑house communication, newsletter/publication design, media management (Govt. or reputed private)
  • Desirable: Digital content creation (Canva, Adobe), social media management, media liaison, PR for government institutions

Legal Expert

  • Age: Up to 45 years
  • Education: LLB with minimum 60 % marks, registered with any State Bar Council
  • Experience: Minimum 03 years post‑qualification legal experience in Central/State Govt/PSU/Statutory Body/NGO
  • Desirable: LLM or higher qualification; knowledge of corporate, commercial, labour, taxation, contract and arbitration laws

Executive (Official Language)

  • Age: Up to 45 years
  • Education: Master’s degree in Hindi (with English as compulsory/elective) OR in English (with Hindi as compulsory/elective) OR any other subject with Hindi/English medium and the other language as compulsory/elective at degree level
  • Experience: Minimum 03 years in Hindi‑English translation/terminology work in Govt./PSU/academic/research institutions OR 03 years teaching/research in Hindi or English
  • Desirable: Knowledge of an additional language from the 8th Schedule (studied at 10th level)

Jr. Executive (HR)

  • Age: Up to 35 years
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR/Personnel/IR/PM & IR with minimum 60 % marks
  • Experience: Minimum 02 years in HR/Establishment function in Central/State Govt/Academic/Research/PSU or equivalent private organization; knowledge of CCS Rules, PSEB Rules, reservation policies, ERP/HRMS
  • Desirable: MBA/PG degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent

Pay Scale & Salary

  • Overall emoluments range from Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 1,10,000/- per month (consolidated, post‑wise) with a 10 % annual enhancement.
  • Sr. Manager (IT): Fixed Rs. 1,10,000/- per month.
  • Executive (Corporate Communication), Legal Expert, Executive (Official Language): Rs. 80,000/- + Conveyance Rs. 6,000/- + Medical Rs. 3,000/- + Mobile/Internet Rs. 1,000/- = Rs. 90,000/- per month.
  • Jr. Executive (HR): Rs. 60,000/- per month.
