Selection Process

1. 50 % of the posts will be filled from serving Anganwadi Sahayikas (helpers) who have at least 5 years of regular service, are not above 50 years of age, and possess at least Intermediate qualification. Selection among them is merit‑based.
2. The remaining 50 % will be filled through direct online applications from eligible women residents, following the priority order described in the eligibility section.
3. Merit score is computed by dividing Intermediate percentage marks by 10 (e.g., 45 % = 4.5 points). Higher‑level qualifications (up to postgraduate) add their percentage‑based scores to the Intermediate score.
4. In case of equal merit, the older candidate is preferred; if age is also equal, the higher educational qualification decides.
5. Reservation for SC, ST, and OBC categories will be applied as per Uttar Pradesh government orders.
6. A selection committee chaired by the Chief Development Officer (or an Additional District Magistrate‑level officer) will finalize the merit list.
