Eligibility Criteria
- Agricultural Engineer: Degree in Agricultural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with 2 years experience in testing/evaluation of agricultural machinery or teaching/training in tractor operation/maintenance. Age limit 33 years (OBC).
- Medical Officer/Research Officer (Unani): Degree in Unani Medicine, registration with Central/State Register of Indian Medicine. Age limits – 35 years (UR/EWS), 38 years (OBC), 40 years (SC).
- Scientist ‘B’ (Botany, Environmental Science, Geology, Physics, Zoology): Master’s degree in the respective discipline with 3 years research experience. Age limit – 35 years (UR), 38 years (OBC), 40 years (SC) (varies per discipline).
- Civilian Medical Officer: Recognized MBBS degree with compulsory rotating internship. Age limits – 35 years (UR/EWS), 38 years (OBC), 40 years (SC/ST).
- Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Immuno‑Haematology & Blood Transfusion): MBBS + postgraduate (MD/DNB) in Immunology/related field, plus 3 years teaching experience. Age limit – 40 years (UR), 43 years (OBC).
- Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Surgical Oncology): MBBS + postgraduate in Surgical Oncology or related surgery, plus 3 years teaching experience. Age limit – 43 years (OBC).
- Assistant Industrial Adviser: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Metallurgical/Electronics & Communication Engineering with 3 years experience in steel works/plant machinery. Age limit – 35 years (UR).
- Veterinary Assistant Surgeon: Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science, registration with Veterinary Council of India or State Council. Age limits – 35 years (UR), 38 years (OBC), 40 years (SC). Knowledge of Tamil, Malayalam or Telugu is advantageous.
Age relaxation up to 10 years for PwBD, up to 5 years for SC/ST, and up to 3 years for OBC as per UPSC rules, along with other relaxations for ex‑servicemen and central/UT government employees.

Selection Process
