Educational Qualification

  • Mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree from a university established by law in India.
  • Preferential (advantage if all else equal):
    • Service in the Territorial Army for a minimum of two years, or
    • Holding an NCC “B” or “C” certificate.
  • Additional condition (one of the following):
    • Passing High School and Intermediate (or equivalent) from a recognized institution in Uttarakhand, or
    • Registered with an Employment Exchange located in Uttarakhand, or
    • Specific service/residency exemptions as mentioned in the notification.
