Age Limit

Qualification

Candidates must meet the following educational and experience criteria as of 31 March 2026:

Educational Qualification

• Mandatory: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics / Data Science / AI & ML / Analytics OR MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc in the same disciplines from a recognized University.
• Preferred: MBA (System / Finance / Operations / Marketing).
• Preferred Certifications: PMP, CBAP (IIBA), PMI-PBA, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), ITIL, Prince2, Six Sigma Green Belt, or Cloud Certifications.

Work Experience

• Mandatory: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in the IT Domain, including at least 5 years as a Business Analyst or Lead Business Analyst.
• Preferred: At least 3 years of experience within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.

Salary Details

The Annual CTC for this position is up to ₹ 45 Lakhs (negotiable based on experience and current CTC).

• Fixed Pay: 85% of Annual CTC
• Variable Pay: 15% of Annual CTC (Performance-linked)
• Annual Increment: Up to 10% from the second year onwards based on performance.

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience as per the Bank’s internal parameters.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview carrying 100 marks.
3. Final Merit List: Prepared in descending order of scores obtained in the interview.
