Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Basic Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board.
- Professional Qualification: National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in Lineman Trade (must be passed up to the last date of application).
- Punjabi Language: Must have passed Punjabi at least at Matriculation level or its equivalent.

Pay Scale & Salary
Basic Pay: Rs. 19,900/‑ per month (as per 7th CPC/Pay Matrix). Additional allowances as per PSPCL financial circular no. 21/2022 dated 17.08.22 will be applicable.

Selection Process
- Computer Based Online Test (CBT) – Part‑I (Qualifying Punjabi Language Test) and Part‑II (Technical & General Questions).
- Document Verification of candidates who qualify the CBT.
- Final merit list based on CBT scores and document verification.
