Eligibility Criteria
Assistant (HR&A) – Regular & Contractual
- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline OR MBA/PG Degree/2‑year Diploma in HR/HRM/HRD/PM & IR.
- Experience: 3 years post‑qualification (for graduate) or 1 year (for MBA/PG/Diploma).
Junior Engineer (Civil) – Contract
- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised institute.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in preparing estimates, BoQ, and tenders for civil maintenance work.
Quality Assistant – Contract
- Education: Diploma in AME/Aeronautical or B.Sc. in Aviation.
- Experience: 3 years in Quality (CAR‑145) within the aviation sector.
Assistant (CAMO) – Contract
- Education: Diploma in AME/Aeronautical or B.Sc. in Aviation.
- Experience: 3 years in CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation) functions.
Station-in-Charge – Contract
- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline or PG Degree/2‑year Diploma in Marketing/Finance/Aviation.
- Experience: 3 years (for graduate) or 1 year (for PG/Diploma).
Trainee Technician – Contract (Fresher Friendly)
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation or AME Course from DGCA‑recognised institute or Aircraft Engineering Maintenance (B1.3/B2) from DGCA.
- Experience: No prior experience required; preference for B2 Category AME qualification.
