Project Affected Persons (PAP) Relaxed Criteria
- Plant Operator (PAP): Pass in HSC (12th) with ≥ 40 % in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) and English at SSC level.
- Mechanic / Electrician / Welder (PAP): Pass in SSC with Science, Mathematics and English, plus a 2‑year ITI (or 1 year experience if ITI < 2 years).
PAP candidates receive a 20 % bonus in marks at all selection stages for Group “C” posts.
Pay Scale & Salary
- First year stipend: Rs. 20,000 per month
- Second year stipend: Rs. 22,000 per month
- One‑time book allowance: Rs. 3,000 (no other allowance during training)
After successful completion, candidates are appointed as Technician‑B (Level‑3) with a basic pay of Rs. 21,700 plus applicable allowances.
