Salary Details
The selected candidates will be paid according to the pay scale associated with their respective grade and post. Below is the basic pay structure:
- HEMM Operator (Trainee): Basic Pay – Rs. 1502.66 per day
- T&S Grade C Posts (Staff Nurse, Pharmacist, Pathological Tech, Physiotherapist, Radiographer, Overseer): Basic Pay Rs. 47330.25 per month
- T&S Grade D Posts (Dental Tech, Optometry Tech, Jr. Tech ECG): Basic Pay Rs. 43775.55 per month
Other allowances and benefits will be applicable as per NCL rules.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on the following stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT):
- HEMM Operator: Common paper – 100 Marks, 90 minutes.
- Paramedical Staff & Overseer: Separate paper – 100 Marks (Section-A: 70 Marks Technical + Section-B: 30 Marks GK/Reasoning/Aptitude), 90 minutes.
- No negative marking.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: UR/EWS – 50 marks; Reserved Categories – 40 marks.
- Document Scrutiny / Verification: Original documents will be verified based on CBT merit.
- Medical Examination: Candidates must be medically fit as per CIL Medical Attendance Rules.
