Educational Qualification (post‑wise highlights)
- Secretary: Degree + HDC&BM (7 yrs experience) OR B.Sc (Co‑op & Banking) + 5 yrs experience OR MBA/M.Com (Finance) + 3 yrs experience OR B.Com (Co‑op) + 7 yrs experience.
- Assistant Secretary / Chief Accountant: Recognised university degree (≥50 %); must hold a Cooperative Higher Diploma or equivalent.
- Junior Clerk (Super Grade): SSLC + Junior Diploma in Co‑operation (mandatory). Additional qualifications such as B.Com (Co‑op), any degree, HDC, B.Sc (Co‑op & Banking) are acceptable.
- System Administrator & Data Entry Operator: Technical qualification (Diploma/Graduation) in Computer Science/IT or related field.
Pay Scale & Salary
- Overall salary range: Rs 16,420 – Rs 72,030 per month.
- Secretary (selected banks): Rs 31,000 – Rs 72,030.
- Assistant Secretary / Chief Accountant: Rs 25,910 – Rs 62,500 (Assistant) / Rs 29,500 – Rs 69,250 (Chief Accountant).
- Junior Clerk (various grades): Rs 18,300 – Rs 46,830.
- System Administrator: Pay scale as per bank notification (within above range).
- Data Entry Operator: Pay scale as per bank notification (within above range).

Selection Process
- Online/Computer‑Based Test (for posts 15, 16, 20, 21) or OMR‑Based Test (for posts 17, 18, 19).
- Written examination consists of 100 questions, each carrying 1 mark (total 100 marks).
- For each bank/society, a maximum of 20 marks is allocated for the interview stage.
- Minimum qualifying score in written exam: 4 marks (out of 20 allocated per institution).
- Interview cutoff: 16 marks out of 20.
- Final merit list prepared based on combined written and interview scores.
