Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Candidate must not be less than 30 years as on 1st January 2026.
- Age proof: Birth Certificate or HSLC Admit Card/Certificate.
Educational Qualification
- Minimum 10th (HSLC) passed from a Board/Institution recognised by the State or Central Government.
Other Eligibility Conditions
- Indian citizen and permanent resident of the concerned village.
- Physically fit and of sound mind.
- Not an insolvent, government employee, or member of any political party.
- Must possess land or immovable property in the village where the post is sought.
- Preference to family members of the previous Gaon Pradhan; Mouzadar’s view considered.
- Must not have more than two living children from a single or multiple partners.
- Self‑affidavit confirming the above condition must be submitted.
Pay Scale & Salary
The selected Gaon Pradhan will receive a monthly remuneration of Rs. 14,000 (Rupees Fourteen Thousand only).
