Educational Qualification
- Assistant / Upper Division Clerk (Post 1, 3, 5)
- Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32/10 from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in the use of computers.
- Junior Personal Assistant / Stenographer (Post 2, 4, 6)
- Either:
- Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks / CGPA 6.32/10, or
- Diploma in Commercial/Secretarial Practice with 60% marks / CGPA 6.32/10 plus one year experience as Steno‑Typist/Stenographer.
- Minimum speed of 60 w.p.m. in English Shorthand/Stenography.
- Proficiency in the use of computers.
Pay Scale & Salary
Selected candidates will be placed in Level 4 of the Pay Matrix with a minimum basic pay of Rs. 25,500 per month. Additional allowances and benefits as per Central Government rules include Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance, New Pension Scheme, medical facilities, subsidised canteen, limited quarters, Leave Travel Concession (LTC), Group Insurance, and House Building Advance (HBA).
