Age Limit

Educational Qualification & Experience (Post‑wise)
- Assistant (12 posts, Level 06): Bachelor’s degree; minimum 3 years as UDC or 8 years as LDC in a Government/PSU/Autonomous body.
- Private Secretary (1 post, Level 07): Bachelor’s degree; 3 years as Personal Assistant; stenography 120 wpm (English) / 100 wpm (Hindi) and typing 35 wpm (English) / 30 wpm (Hindi).
- Personal Assistant (1 post, Level 06): Bachelor’s degree; stenography ≥100 wpm, typing ≥35 wpm; 2 years as Stenographer in a Government/University/Private (₹200 cr turnover) organization.
- Senior Technical Assistant – Auto CAD (1 post, Level 06): B.Tech. with Auto CAD diploma OR Master’s in Physics/Maths/Computer with Auto CAD diploma.
- Senior Technical Assistant – HAPPRC (1 post, Level 06): Master’s in Biotechnology/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Environmental Science/Agriculture Science/Plant Science/Botany.
- Assistant Engineer (Civil) (1 post, Level 07): First Class B.E./B.Tech. Civil; 3 years as Junior Engineer or equivalent; CAD knowledge desirable.
- Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical) (2 posts each, Level 06): Engineering degree with 1 year experience OR Diploma with 3 years experience in CPWD/State PWD/University/Private (₹200 cr turnover) sector.
- Senior Technical Assistant – ICT (3 posts, Level 06): B.E./B.Tech. (CSE/IT) or MCA or M.Sc. (CS/IS) with ≥55 % marks; 3 years software development/maintenance experience.
- Horticulturist (Campus Development) (1 post, Level 07): M.Sc. (Horticulture) or M.Sc. (Botany – Horticulture) with 3 years experience; or B.Sc. (Agriculture – Horticulture) with 5 years experience.
- Assistant Information & Public Relation Officer (1 post, Level 06): Master’s in Journalism & Mass Communication (55 %+) or any Master’s + PG Diploma in Journalism & Mass Communication; 3 years editorial/media experience.
- Sports Coach (1 post, Level 07): Master’s in Physical Education + Diploma in Coaching (NIS) or equivalent; coaching at national/international level desirable; 2 years coaching experience.
Pay Scale & Salary
The posts are placed in Pay Level 06 and 07 as per the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) pay matrix. Exact in‑hand salary will be determined by the applicable pay matrix and allowances.

Selection Process
- Applications will be screened by a Screening Committee to prepare a list of eligible and ineligible candidates.
- No interview will be conducted for Group ‘B’ posts (Grade Pay ≤ ₹4,600) as per MHRD letter No. 19‑50/2015‑Desk‑U dated 22‑12‑2015.
- The University may conduct a written test/skill test for any post, as per its Cadre Recruitment Rules.
- For Private Secretary and Personal Assistant, a computer‑based skill test in stenography and typing will be conducted.
- The Selection Committee will decide the evaluation method for each post.
- A reserve panel/waiting list may be prepared, valid for one year from the date of the selection decision.
