Eligibility Criteria

Nationality Indian Nationals only
Educational Qualification Postgraduate Medical Degree (MD/MS/DNB/MCh/DM) or equivalent in the concerned specialty, recognized by MCI and registered with Medical Council of India or State Medical Council
Senior Residency Tenure Candidates who have completed three years of senior residency are NOT eligible for the Senior Resident post
Central Residency Scheme Tenure completed under Central Residency Scheme counts towards the three‑year limit
Government Servants Must apply through proper channel with NOC/letter; selected candidates must submit NOC within 3 days of interview
Previous Dismissal Applicants previously dismissed from GMCH for misconduct are NOT eligible

Selection Process

  1. Stage 1 – Walk‑in Interview: Conducted on 25‑05‑2026 at 2:00 P.M. Candidates must submit the completed application form, fee receipt and required documents before 11:00 A.M. on the same day.
  2. Stage 2 – Reservation & Merit: Candidates will be considered only within their respective categories for the reserved vacancies. If reserved slots remain unfilled, candidates from other categories may be considered.
