Eligibility Criteria

Only serving Government servants meeting the post‑specific criteria are eligible. Candidates must be free from any disciplinary case and must obtain a vigilance clearance certificate.

Post Eligibility Criteria
Joint Registrar (i) Degree in Law and holding either:
• Analogous post under Central/State Govt./High Court, OR
• Minimum 05 years regular service in Grade Pay Rs.6600 (Level 11, 7th CPC).
(ii) Judicial Officer with minimum 08 years regular service.
Deputy Registrar Officers of Central/State Govt./High Courts holding analogous post OR
• Minimum 05 years regular service in Grade Pay Rs.5400, OR
• Minimum 06 years regular service in Grade Pay Rs.4800 or equivalent.
Must possess a Law degree from a recognized university.
Principal Private Secretary Officers holding analogous PPS post on regular basis in PB‑3 (Rs.15600‑39100 + GP Rs.6600) OR
Private Secretary grade with at least 08 years combined regular service in PB‑2 (Rs.9300‑34800 + GP Rs.4800) and PB‑3 (Rs.15600‑39100 + GP Rs.5400).
Deputy Controller of Accounts (i) Officers working as Deputy Controller of Accounts in CGA with minimum 02 years service in the grade, OR
(ii) Accounts Officer with minimum 10 years service in the grade of Accounts Officer in CGA/CGOA/P&T/Railway Accounts Service.
Section Officer / Court Officer Essential: Holding analogous post on regular basis OR post of Assistant in PB‑2 (Rs.9300‑34800 + GP Rs.4600) with 08 years service.
Must possess a recognized university degree (Law degree desirable).
Private Secretary Officers holding Stenographer post under Central/State Govt./High Courts, either analogous post on regular basis OR 06 years regular service in pre‑revised PB‑2 (Rs.9300‑34800 + GP Rs.4600).
Accounts Officer (i) Regular Accounts/Audit Officers from any Organized Accounts Department, OR
(ii) Officers with training in Cash & Accounts (ISTM or equivalent) and experience in cash, accounts & budget work, OR
(iii) Junior Accounts Officer/Accounts Audit Officer in PB‑2 (Rs.9300‑34800 + GP Rs.4200) with 08/05 years service in C&AG, Defence A/Cs, P&T, Railway A/Cs.
Assistant Library and Information Officer (a) Holding analogous post or minimum 05 years service in PB‑2 (Rs.9300‑34800 + GP Rs.4200).
Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or Library & Information Science + 2 years professional library experience.
Desirable: Master’s in Library Science and Diploma in Computer Application.
Junior Accounts Officer Officials holding analogous post or SAS Accountant/Junior Accounts Officer in various accounting organisations; alternatively Assistants with 05 years service or Upper Division Clerks with 10 years service and relevant cash & accounts training.
Caretaker Officers from Central Govt. holding analogous post on regular basis OR other suitable post as per departmental rules.
Senior Accountant Officers of Group C level with relevant accounting experience as per departmental norms.
Junior Accountant Officers of Group C level with requisite accounting experience as per departmental norms.

Pay Scale & Salary

Salary and allowances are governed by DoPT Office Memorandum No. 6/8/2009‑Estt. (Pay‑II) dated 17‑06‑2010, as amended from time to time. General pool residential accommodation is available as per existing rules.

Selection Process
